Spectera vision plan for UST employees became effective Jan. 1

The vision plan for UST employees through Spectera became effective Jan. 1, 2007. Spectera does not issue enrollment cards. When visiting an in-network provider the only information you or your family member will need is your UST ID number.

Members can locate a provider online, using these steps:

  • Access the Spectera Web site
  • Mouse over Members and Future Members, click "Locate a provider"
  • Click the "Current Member" button
  • Enter your ZIP code, UST ID number and your date of birth
  • Click "Submit"

If you are using an out-of-network provider, you will need to submit the Out-of-Network Claim Form with a copy of your paid itemized receipt.
