STAR announces upcoming activities
Rock climbing at Vertical Endeavors
Looking for a physical challenge? Join STAR on a trip to Vertical Endeavors on Wednesday, Nov. 14, for some indoor rock climbing fun. The bus will leave the arches at 7:30 p.m. and return at 10:30 p.m. Tickets are available, beginning at 8 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, in the Box Office and Expeditions, lower level, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. One guest is allowed per UST ID.
Science Museum of Minnesota, Nov. 11
STAR will host a trip to the Science Museum of Minnesota on Sunday, Nov. 11. The bus will leave the arches at 12:30 p.m. and return at 5 p.m. Tickets are available now for just $5 with a UST ID in the Box Office and Expeditions. Sorry, no guests will be allowed.
Feed My Starving Children, Nov. 13
STAR invites you to help spread holiday cheer a little earlier this year by helping the organization, Feed My Starving Children, with packing nutritious meals to distribute to starving children. The meals are made up of rice, soy, vitamins and dehydrated vegetables. Feed My Starving Children partners with relief organizations worldwide to help dispense the food.
The event will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 13. The bus will leave the arches at 2 p.m. and return at 5 p.m. Sign up now in the Box Office and Expeditions. For more information check out www.fmsc.org.
