Study abroad: Program reps on campus today; spring study abroad final deadline is Oct. 16
Representatives from two programs will be on campus today (the SPAN reps also will be here on Thursday):
- A representative from Arcadia University will talk to students about its programs of study in Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Join other interested students at 12:15 p.m. today, Tuesday, Oct. 10, in the International Education Center, 44 N. Cleveland Ave.
- Interested in doing independent research study in Egypt or New Zealand this summer with UST faculty? SPAN representatives will be on campus from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. today, Tuesday, Oct. 10, and Thursday, Oct. 12, in Campus Square, lower level, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. They will promote summer research programs in New Zealand and Egypt. Both of the research programs abroad are independent field study, UST faculty-led and are worth eight credits. The spring 2007 final study abroad application deadline is Monday, Oct. 16. Schedule an appointment today to get more information, if you are interested in study abroad this spring.
