Are you a working mother? If so, your thoughts and opinions are needed for a research project. If you have returned to work during your child's first year of life, either full or part time, and your child is now no older than 3, you are eligible to participate.
This project will explore the role conflict women experience between their role as a worker and their role as a mother and how this conflict can potentially impact the attachment relationship between a mother and her child.
This is an online survey, which will take about 30 minutes and is anonymous. Click here to complete the survey. The study has been approved by St. Thomas' Institutional Review Board.
