St. Thomas’ annual Taste of Saints, the homecoming celebration food festival, will be held Saturday, Oct. 15. Again this year, the Student Alumni Council offers student clubs and organizations the opportunity to raise money at Taste of Saints.
Students can sign up to work shifts on Friday or Saturday, setting up; preparing, cooking or serving food; or cleaning up. One hundred spots are available for students (with limited spots on Friday afternoon). Each student who works will earn money per shift for his or her club’s budget.
Club members interested in working a food shift should email SAC adviser Katie Spangler. Volunteers will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of 10 student volunteers per club can be accepted.
The deadline to sign up for Taste of Saints is Friday, Sept. 30. Taste of Saints is sponsored by the Alumni Association and the Student Alumni Council.
