Theology film series to feature 'Saving Grace' Nov. 1
Join the discussion after watching "Saving Grace," an Italian comedy about a newly elected pope who finds himself accidentally locked out of the Vatican. The movie starts at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, in Room 126, John R. Roach Center for the Liberal Arts.
Father Ted Wojcik will lead a discussion following the film.
"Saving Grace" tells the story of Pope Leo XIV who winds up in an impoverished Italian village, where his adventures teach him and his new friends some lessons about friendship and self-esteem.
"Saving Grace," a 1986 film directed by Robert M. Young, stars Tom Conti and Donald Hewlett.
