Two more J-Term yoga classes left
The Wellness Center will offer two more yoga classes this January. Please e-mail the Wellness Center to preregister. A minimum of five people (preregistered) are required for the classes to take place.
Learn to relax your body and mind through stretching and breathing activities of Hatha yoga. Some typical benefits of this practice include increased energy, improved flexibility, reduced stress and more restful sleep.
Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and refrain from eating two hours prior to class.
St. Paul campus: Classes will meet from noon to 1 p.m. Mondays, Jan. 23 and 30, in the Koch Fireside Room.
Minneapolis campus: Classes will meet from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 17 and 24, in Room 348, Terrence Murphy Hall.
Cost is $12 for the two sessions (either Monday or Tuesday).
