  • “Purported expert on sex offenders charged with perjury,” Star Tribune, March 2, 2005.   “[Michael] Nilan, who was paid $6,120 by the state for testifying in the case, also lied about having a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from a correspondence school, Madison University, and a master of arts degree in clinical psychology from the University of St. Thomas, according to the charges.   • “Sports briefs,” St. Paul Pioneer Press, March 2, 2005. “University of St. Thomas women's basketball coach Tricia Dornisch resigned after six years at the Tommies' helm. Dornisch joined the Tommies during the 1995-96 season as an assistant coach and was promoted to head coach in 1999. During her tenure, she led the Tommies to three consecutive MIAC championships (2000-2002) and a Final Four appearance (2000).
