  • Washington, D.C.: Man recognized for recruiting new voters,” St. Paul Pioneer Press, June 20, 2003. The late Patrick Lippert ’80, whose work as executive director of the Rock the Vote organization helped win passage of the Motor-Voter Law in 1993, was one of seven Americans posthumously recognized in May by the NAACP's national voter fund.
