UST Libraries says 'thanks' for answering survey

UST Libraries thanks everyone who answered our survey in the last two weeks. We were pleased with the response: 766 members of the St. Thomas community responded, for a rate of 24 percent, much higher than the LibQual average.
We also received 279 written comments that will be helpful as we analyze the data. The results will show the gaps that exist between the user's desired level of service and their perception of actual service quality.
UST Libraries will publish the survey results and organize a spring meeting of the Library Advisory Committee and other community members to review our findings.
