VIA, Volunteers In Action, is a student-run organization that provides St. Thomas students with the opportunity to interact with the St. Paul-Minneapolis community through service.
VIA is looking for passionate, committed and community-oriented students to assist in leading a volunteer site for the 2010-2011 academic year. VIA prefers that applicants have prior experience volunteering, either with school-sponsored service organizations, church groups or individual service.
VIA volunteer sites for 2010-11:
- CLUES
- Adopt-A-Grandparent
- Boys and Girls Club
- Tommies Park and Rec
- M.E.D.S.
