Watch for Parking Restrictions as St. Paul Campus Residents Move in

The Anderson Parking Facility will reopen at 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 25.

Beginning  at 5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25, until  6 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, there will be no parking in Lot B drive aisle, area in front of Dowling and Alumni and Constituent Relations.

Beginning  at 11 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25, Morrison Ramp R-2 and R-3 will be closed for cleaning. It will reopen at 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, for contract parking only. All vehicles must be move out of the ramp by Monday night at 11 p.m. Resident students may park their vehicles in the Anderson Parking Facility overnight until Morrison Ramp reopens.

Beginning at 7 a.m. Friday, Aug. 29, there will be no parking on the south side of Selby Avenue from Cretin Avenue to Cleveland Avenue. Beginning at 6 p.m. there will be no parking on Cretin northbound from Mississippi River Boulevard to Selby Avenue. Any vehicles found in violation will be ticketed and towed by the city.

Beginning at 10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, there will be no parking in Lots A, B, C, G and sections of Lot O. There will be no access to these lots after 2 a.m.

First-year student move-in begins at 7 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30. Access to campus from Selby and Finn Avenue, as well as Lots G and O, will only be open to those moving into residence halls. Employees and guests who are not moving in should park in the Anderson Parking Facility.

Beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, there will be no parking in Lots A, B or C. Access to these lots will close at 2 a.m. These will reopen at 7 a.m. for returning student move-in and will be limited for move-in of these students. They will have a very limited time to move their items in and then they must move their cars to south campus. Any other people returning to the campus who are not moving in should park on south campus.

From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 31, and Monday, Sept. 1.,  There will be no parking in Lot B, Lot B drive aisle and the west section of Lot A except for persons who have move-in permits. These permits are valid for 30 minutes while moving items into residence halls. Cars must then be moved to south campus.

Please remember all parking regulations are still applicable during move-in time; however, no parking permit is required to park in a red or yellow surface lot during this time. This also includes no overnight parking from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. This list may be changed or amended so please pay attention to all parking signs on and off-campus.
