Short on cash this holiday season? Could you use some extra spending money? The Wellness Center is offering a $100 and a $50 Target gift card to two lucky UST students who complete surveys.
e-CHUG survey
To be eligible to win the $100 gift card, take e-CHUG, an interactive anonymous online survey, located on the lower right-hand corner of the Wellness Center Web page. Print the completed certificate, add your name, e-mail address and student ID number on the certificate, and drop if off at the Wellness Center by Study Monday, Dec. 14.
A winner will be selected by Thursday, Dec. 17, just in time for holiday shopping.
Student Planner survey
It’s time to start developing ideas for the 2010 UST Student Planner. In order to make the planner the best one yet, feedback is needed on what students like and suggestions for improvements.
Take a few minutes to complete the Wellness Center survey. To be entered into a drawing for a $50 Target gift card, be sure to include your name and e-mail address at the end of the survey. A winner will be drawn on or before Thursday, Dec. 17.
