The University of St. Thomas Department of Public Safety has issued an alert regarding a window peeping incident reported to have occurred on Friday, June 17, on the 2000 block of Portland Avenue in St. Paul.
A St. Thomas student reported that another student in her residence saw someone peeping through a first-floor window into her residence.
