WorkForce Timekeeping System Goes Online

Effective yesterday, Sunday, Aug. 28, all University of St. Thomas hourly staff and student employees should be reporting their times in the WorkForce timekeeping system.

During the summer, all hourly employees transitioned to the new system. Those departments without summer hourly employees will transition to the new timekeeping system as their employees begin working.

Links to WorkForce can be found on the University of St. Thomas website under the Tools bar, or on the Payroll Department Web page under WorkForce Timekeeping. Documentation and training videos also are available on that website.

Employees should check with their supervisors to find out which method of timekeeping they should use.

Supervisors of hourly staff and student employees who have not yet attended a training session can sign up for the training sessions via the Leadership Academy. Supervisors and department administrators are highly encouraged to attend a training prior to going live. Hourly staff also may attend; however, short training videos on the Payroll Department website are available to them and to student employees.

To log in to WorkForce, both employees and supervisors should use their St. Thomas NetIDs (the same IDs and passwords used to access email).

For more information about the new system email the Payroll Department.
