Writer, Dia Boyle, to speak on 'Wives and Mothers: Staying Home'
All undergraduate and graduate women in the Catholic Studies Department are invited to a continental brunch at 1 p.m. on two Sundays, March 9 and April 6, at the Catholic Studies Women's House at 2139 Grand Ave.
Dia Boyle, a freelance speaker and writer of a regular column for The Catholic Servant publication, will give a talk in two parts. The topic is "Wives and Mothers: Staying Home – Why and What For?"
Boyle is a graduate of the Pontifical Institute of Mediaeval Studies, Toronto, Ontario. She is married to Dr. John F. Boyle, who teaches in St. Thomas' Catholic Studies and Theology departments.
