The Investment Club will host a talk by Jack Zipoy, vice president of institutional equity sales at Dougherty & Co., on Tuesday, April 12. He will examine stock market trends and potential strategies to make money in the marketplace.
The event will be held from noon to 1 p.m. in Room 108, McNeely Hall. Everyone is welcome to this free presentation.
Following his graduation from St. John’s University in 2004, Zipoy headed to Feltl and Co., where he worked in institutional equity sales. Although his time there was brief, he brought the skills he learned to his position at Dougherty & Co.
In 2010, Zipoy earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of St. Thomas' Opus College of Business. He continues his connection with St. Thomas by serving on the board of the Aristotle Fund.
