Berg is the founder of Integrated Wealth Management. He entered the life insurance business in 1965 with Northwestern National Life Insurance Company. In 1979 he founded, in partnership, Integrated Retirement Plan Services, which grew to service more than 340 small business pension plans. In 1991, he expanded and founded Integrated Inc., which specializes in many aspects of wealth accumulation and distribution.

Berg has provided financial and investment advice to his clients for more than 35 years. One of the principal services he offers his clients is a concept of “structured asset classes” that follows the 1990 Nobel Prize-winning Theory in Economics. The structured asset classes adhere to a clear strategy and strict parameters in the selection and purchase of stocks and bonds. The result is a portfolio that maximizes potential according to the clients' desired level of risk.

A  member of Million Dollar Round Table for more than 35 years, he has earned life insurance designations of Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter. He is an investment adviser representative offering securities and investment advisory services through ING Financial Partners, a registered broker dealer and a member of SIPC.
