The campus community is invited to cheer on walkers participating in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day from 1 to 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, as they pass by the University of St. Thomas along Summit Avenue.
A cheer station, organized by various St. Thomas and St. Catherine University groups, will be located in front of the Summit Classroom Building on Summit Avenue between Finn Street and Cleveland Avenue. Cheer station participants will be handing out water and Lifesavers. Feel free to bring noisemakers, creative posters, etc., to show your support.
Walkers who are members of the St. Thomas or St. Catherine communities are asked to identify themselves as they pass the cheer station.
