Sun Life Financial is UST’s new life insurance vendor. As part of the an agreement with Sun Life, benefits-eligible employees can purchase supplemental life insurance coverage for themselves, their spouses and dependents up to the guaranteed coverage amounts.
The offer expires Friday, March 12. Employees who apply by the deadline will not be required to prove insurability by completing medical history forms.
Benefits-eligible employees will receive an information packet that outlines the supplemental life insurance coverage options and costs. Application forms and additional information are available here.
Employees interested in purchasing additional life insurance coverage must complete the required forms by March 12.
