The Residence Life Office is seeking applicants for operations manager positions for the 2012-13 academic year. Operations managers are full-time students who serve in a leadership role in the residence hall communities and hall staffs.
Operations manager duties:
- Supervising the hall desk and/or night-access staff (where applicable)
- On-call staff scheduling
- Co-advising the hall council
- Working in close partnership with the hall supervisor
Compensation includes room, board and a stipend.
To be eligible for this position, students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above, maintain a full academic load during employment, and consult with Residence Life regarding outside commitments (i.e., outside employment, intercollegiate sports or co-curricular activities). Outside commitments of more than 10 hours per week must be reviewed upon application.

Applications are due by Monday, Nov. 28. Students who will not be on or near campus during January Term will be scheduled for interviews Monday through Friday, Dec. 5-9. Students who will be on or near campus during J-Term will be scheduled for interviews in January 2012.
