Beginning at noon today, Tuesday, Nov. 24, University of St. Thomas students will be able to pick up a voucher for a free ticket to Saturday’s NCAA football playoff game against Coe College.
The voucher, when presented with a student ID, will allow a student free admission to the game at any gate to the stadium on Cretin Avenue. (Because this is an NCAA playoff game, students do not get free admission with their IDs unless they have vouchers.)
Along with the game tickets, students also will be given a voucher to Saturday's Tommie Chili Fest, which begins at 10:30 a.m. This free voucher will allow students the opportunity to get free chili, dessert and drinks as well as a free Tommie T-shirt.
Five hundred free vouchers are available for both the playoff game and Chili Fest; they will be available in the Box Office until 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, or until all of the vouchers are distributed.
Kickoff vs. Coe College is noon Saturday, Nov. 28, at O'Shaughnessy Stadium. The Tommies are 10-1 and ranked 10th nationally; Coe also is 10-1 and ranked 25th nationally.
