RHA executive board applications now available

Do you want to get involved while living on campus next year? If you plan to live in a residence hall for the 2006-2007 academic year, then you are eligible to apply for an executive board position for the Residence Hall Association.

RHA serves as a unified voice for residents. It provides an open forum for addressing requests, concerns and issues while acting as a liaison between residents and the university. RHA encourages active participation in campus programs, events and community service opportunities.

Here are the seven spots open for next year:

  • President
  • Vice president of administration
  • Vice president of social affairs
  • Vice president of internal affairs
  • Vice president of technology
  • Vice president of finance
  • National communications coordinator – in training

Most positions are given a stipend of $125 per semester and board members are required to serve two office hours per week.

Pick up your application today at the RHA office in Room 108, Koch Commons. Applications are due by 7 p.m. Sunday, April 9, at the RHA office. Interviews will take place from Monday to Wednesday, April 10-12.
