Students for Human Life sponsors events this week

Students for Human Life will sponsor several events this week to inform students about a summer volunteer opportunity with Crossroads, a pro-life Catholic organization that is comprised of college-age young adults who spend the summer walking and praying across the United States. As students walk from the West Coast to Washington, D.C., they educate people about the pro-life movement.

To learn more about this ministry, the opportunity to walk and other ways to get involved with the pro-life movement locally and nationally:

  • Stop by the Crossroads information table from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today and tomorrow, Feb. 1 and 2, in Campus Square.
  • Attend an information session from noon to 1 p.m. tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 2, in Room 454, O’Shaughnessy Educational Center.

For more information, contact Students for Human Life president, Elizabeth Richter, (612) 387-2049. Visit the Crossroads Web site for more information on this organization.
