Tommie Club Ushers in new era of Athletics, Welcomes Alumni, Parents, Friends of the Program

University of St. Thomas athletic teams have participated in intercollegiate competition for more than 100 years, but with the opening of the Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex, a new era in Tommie sports is under way.

To usher in this new era of athletics, St. Thomas has launched the Tommie Club. This new organization is designed to provide financial support for intercollegiate athletics at St. Thomas, promote interest in Tommie sports, and foster fellowship among St. Thomas alumni, parents and friends of the program.

“We’re all proud of the success of our student-athletes, as St. Thomas teams continue to enjoy record-breaking success both athletically and academically,” said Megan Jacobson, manager of specialty fundraising at St. Thomas. “We’re inviting the entire St. Thomas community to be a part of the Tommie tradition and to join their fellow Tommie sports fans as members of the Tommie Club.”

Annual membership is $75, which includes two general-admission tickets to a St. Thomas home game, exclusive access to the Tom-E Ticker e-newsletter, and $10 credit on Tommie Club apparel. Membership dues are tax-deductible.
