Free immunizations available for UST students

Student Health Services will have select immunizations available for St. Thomas students at no cost if they are uninsured or underinsured (if insurance does not cover immunizations).

Students who are uncertain if their insurance covers immunizations are advised to call their insurance companies; phone numbers should be on the back of their insurance cards.

The immunizations are available to St. Thomas through the Minnesota Department of Health federal stimulus-funding program for a limited time.

The available vaccines include:

  • Gardasil (HPV)
  • Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
  • Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (Tdap)
  • Chicken pox (Varicella)
  • Pneumonia
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • H1N1 vaccine is still available for a $10 administration fee

Vaccines are available only to those 18 and older. To schedule an appointment to update immunizations, call Student Health Services, (651) 962-6750.
