During National Library Week, Ireland Library hosted a daily “Search for the Holy Grail” Treasure Hunt.
A $5 Express Card deposit was made to the first person who found the Holy Grail each day. The winners and the “Holy Grail” books they found last week are:
- Tuesday: Brandon Wanless – John Henry Newman’s The Difficulties with Anglicans.
- Wednesday: Christian Washburn – 2012 Catholic Almanac in the Reference Room.
- Thursday: Kelsey Willits – a Latin-English edition of the Code of Canon Law.
- Friday: Brandon Wanless – Chevalier’s Repertoire des sources historiques du moyen âge in the Oversize Collection.
At the end of Library Week, a drawing for an Ireland Library T-shirt was held of all who found the Holy Grail. Willits won the grand prize T-shirt.
