Campus Scheduling Services and IRT are beginning the move from WebViewer, the current application for requesting events, to 25Live.
25Live was built to provide better access to location details, features and photos. It also will provide viewing access to requested set-ups, customized user preferences and searches, and the ability to set favorites. Spaces can now be requested by knowing only a date and time, a location preference, or can be booked by needed layouts and features.
An open lab session will include an overview of 25Live and also will allow for hands-on computer time and questions. Snacks and beverages will be provided. The open lab will be Thursday, Oct. 16, in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library Room 314 in St. Paul.
Additional information about 25Live and event requests are on the Campus Scheduling Services website. 25Live can be used through the links provided in the Internal Events Resources and Student Club Resources sections. Faculty, staff and student organizations are welcome and encouraged to starting using 25Live via the links provided on the Resource sections of the website at any time. Attending an open lab is not required.
Beginning Oct. 23, WebViewer links will redirect to 25Live.
