Tommie Athletics: Volleyball Invitational, Football First

Another busy weekend of home athletics action brings more chances to cheer on your Tommies!
Sept. 5-7: Schoenecker Arena will host the second annual Tommie Invitational Volleyball Tournament where St. Thomas will play Tarleton State, Valpo and Northern Illinois.
Sept. 7: The Tommie football team welcomes the University of Northern Iowa to O'Shaughnessy Stadium on Saturday, marking the first time in program history that the Tommies will host a Football Championship Series (FCS) power. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.

Sept. 5: Join Campus Ministry for Mass, Block Party

Campus Ministry Day is Thursday, Sept. 5, and features three events open to all. Mass of the Holy Spirit gets underway at noon in the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas, with an open house in Campus Ministry following Mass. The day ends with the annual Campus Ministry Block Party, featuring "The Voice" alums JonCarlos and Gabriela. The party gets underway at 7:30 p.m. in the Iversen Center for Faith amphitheater.
