Welcome to St. Thomas Magazine Spring 2025
|
|
Dear St. Thomas community,
In this spring edition of St. Thomas Magazine, we are celebrating.
We're celebrating 25 years since the commitment to build the Schulze School of Entrepreneurship on our Minneapolis campus. In 2024, the Schulze School was ranked No. 2 among the nation's Catholic universities and colleges for entrepreneurship, according to The Princeton Review. Benefactor Dick Schulze, founder of Best Buy, says he won't rest until it's No. 1 among all schools.
We're also celebrating 25 years of the Bernardi Campus in Rome, a place that has transformed the study abroad experience for hundreds of Tommies.
Additionally, more than 20 years after St. Thomas began recruiting students from Uganda, you'll read about how our alumni are making a difference in their home country through ongoing collaboration with St. Thomas faculty.
Our student-athletes are also giving us plenty of reasons to cheer. Since making the historic leap to Division I, they've shown grit, growth and Tommie pride. Their achievements have been nothing short of remarkable. Don't miss our story highlighting our men's and women's basketball teams. It's shaping up to be quite a historic year.
We hope you enjoy this digital edition of St. Thomas Magazine. |
