Purchasing Services hosts Vendor Fair
Got office supplies? Print needs? Advertising promotions? And just who services those needs at St. Thomas? Find out at the Vendor Fair, which will be held later this month on both the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses.
The fair, sponsored by Purchasing Services and the university's preferred vendors, will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, in the School of Law Grand Atrium on the Minneapolis campus, and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, in Room 304, Murray-Herrick Campus Center.
Get to know the university's preferred vendors that are utilized across the campus, and enjoy a free lunch, vendor raffles and giveaways while meeting and greeting. Vendor categories include office supplies, printers, apparel, advertising promotions, travel, hotel and coffee.
Raffle prizes include hotel gift certificates, sports tickets, and baskets of office supplies. All UST staff and faculty are invited to attend.
Purchasing Services asks that those planning to attend to R.S.V.P. here as soon as possible in order to allow time to compile a count for lunch and giveaways for both campuses.
