The Wellness Center will offer a free hot-stone massage class from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday, April 2, in Room 155, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. The class is open to 20 students.
Participants will be given a hot stone to keep and instructions on how to use it. Students are asked to wear comfortable loose clothing to the event and bring a towel to cover their stones.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Preregister for the class here.
