Training sessions this week to explain Vanguard Travel's online travel-arranging tool
Do you travel or arrange travel on behalf of the university? If so, please attend one of four on-campus training sessions to demonstrate Cliqbook, Vanguard Travel's online travel-arranging tool.
Training sessions, 25 minutes long, will be held on St. Paul and Minneapolis campuses:
- Noon Tuesday, Nov. 29, in Room 201, John R. Roach Center for the Liberal Arts
- 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, in Room 201, John R. Roach Center for the Liberal Arts
- 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, in Room 354, Terrence Murphy Hall
- 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, in Room 354, Terrence Murphy Hall
The sessions will allow you to see a trip arranged step by step, including airline tickets, hotel reservations and car rental; see and hear about features specific to St. Thomas; and ask any questions you have about Cliqbook.
