'Vote Early ... and Often?' Event Marks Constitution Day Sept. 17

In celebration of Constitution Day on Tuesday, Sept. 17, the Federalist Society and the American Constitution Society will host “Vote Early … And Often?”, a discussion of the current state of U.S. election law with David Schultz and Hans von Spakovsky.

David Schultz is a professor of political science at Hamline University and a professor of law at the University of Minnesota who has written more than 30 books and 100 articles on various aspects of American politics, election law and the media, including the upcoming Election Law and Democratic Theory.

Hans von Spakovsky is a senior legal fellow for The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies and the manager of the Election Law Reform Initiative. This discussion will take place at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, in the School of Law, Room 321. CLE credit available.
