Weight Watchers leader Laura Haseman will introduce herself and current members at an open house 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, in O'Shaughnessy-Frey Library, Room 303. Participants will have a chance to learn about ways to lose weight without sacrificing foods they love, and change their relationship with food. At the end of the open house, two winners will be selected to win a Weight Watchers cookbook.
At this meeting you will need to register and provide payment by check or major credit card. You have the option to pay in full through credit card or check, or to use the Weight Watchers EZ-3 part payment plan. If you choose the three-part payment plan, you will need to give the leader three checks (made out to Weight Watchers) for $52 each. The leader will set them up to be processed at one-month intervals based on the start date of Jan. 27.
If you are a member of Vitality, and meet the requirements of the Weight Reduction Rebate (have a starting BMI of 30 or more) you can use this rebate to cover the entire cost of the program. A check will be sent to you directly from Vitality after you have paid for the program. If you are not yet signed up for Vitality and are interested in joining, register here.
Weekly meetings will be held from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m on Tuesdays in O’Shaughnessy-Frey Library, Room 303. These meetings will be 45 minutes in length and will consist of a 15-minute private weigh-in followed by a 30-minute session led by Haseman.
