Mike Domitrz, speaker and author, returns to St. Thomas on Tuesday, Sept. 21, in O’Shaughnessy Educational Center auditorium for two presentations of "Can I Kiss You?"
Everyone from the UST community is invited to attend either presentation.
Students unable to attend their assigned sessions are asked to attend the other session.
Schedule
- 4 p.m. – presentation to commuters and residents of John Paul II, Brady, Murray, Morrison and Selby halls, and SYE apartments and transfer houses
- 7:30 p.m. – presentation to residents of Dowling, Ireland, Cretin, Grace and SJV halls
Domitrz will give a hilarious, high-energy and interactive program on healthy relationships, dating and intimacy. Do you get fed up with all the "games" people play in dating? While some games may seem entertaining, dating games can lead to confusion and even danger.
"Can I Kiss You?" will show you how to eliminate the games by saying exactly what you want. You will discover how raising the level of respect between you and your partner actually heightens the romance.

Attending the presentation is an excellent first step to educating yourself about the topic of healthy relationships and the dangers of sexual violence – but there are plenty of opportunities to learn more.
When sexual violence occurs, it threatens the health and safety of our entire community. This is too large of a problem to confront on our own. Even if you don’t need them right now, it’s important that you are prepared to help a fellow community member if anyone ever tells you he or she has been assaulted.
