Bands: Sign up to play at eighth annual Scootstock!
The eighth annual Scootstock will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, April 14, in Scooter's, lower level, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Scootstock, free and open to the public, is St. Thomas ' traditional "battle of the bands."
Bands can pick up an application outside the STAR office, Room 111, Murray-Herrick Campus Center, and in Scooter's. Applications will be accepted until 4 p.m. Friday, March 30. Bands also must submit a demo compact disc with their application.
At the show, bands will be judged and prizes will be awarded: $100 for third place, $200 for second and $300 for the winning band. Free T-shirts will be given away.
