Delta Sigma Pi pledge class invites all Tommies to Davanni's April 15

The Delta Sigma Pi spring 2008 pledge class invites all Tommies to come to Davanni's between 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, to support its fundraising efforts and enjoy delicious food.

The 18 members of the spring pledge class are: Katie Branflick, Juston Dooley, Ashley Erickson, Nick Harris, Lauren Higgins, Matt Jacobs, Dima Koshevy, Dan Lingg, Alex Longren, Carl Lymangood, Tyler Manning, Dani Moritko, Rosa Plott, Sam Raymakers, Amanda Samountry, Amanda Simenson, Alicia Traut and Rafael Vasconcellos.

During spring semester, the pledge class must organize four events as a group: a community service event, professional event, fundraising event and social event. The pledge class already has participated in a community service event by helping to pack nutritious meals at a Feed My Starving Children site.

The Professional Committee, in charge of organizing a campuswide professional event, has scheduled Will Easton, a successful entrepreneur and president of Today's Groom, and Stephen D. Newlin, CEO of PolyOne, as guest speakers who will talk about their experiences in the business world and will provide a few tips for students.
